In the spring, Allie and Ben rode their bikes around a hill. But after they broke up, Allie moved away and stopped biking.
That fall, the pain began to fade. One day, Allie rode her bike on a trail by her house. Near the end, the wheels skidded on rocks. Allie fell on her side, cutting her arms and legs.
